Loosing weight is really a big deal, its so easy to gain dem weights,...how do u start? where do u start from?...now 125kg ( damn dat sucks) and i really need to take 25kg off?...so many atimes u make up ur mind, and then u start the journey, along the way, u observe that u are not loosing rather you are add few pounds, that just discourages you...and then you relapse....i have herd many people say taht perseverance and discipline is the key, thats just hard......anyways, i have decided to start my journey again....this time i am going to loose that 25kg.....how am i going to this?
am going to focus on diet,.....and going to set up challenges, and going to add exercises
am starting my 30-day 10kg cut down challenge...
RULES:
1. nil carbs
2. nil soda
3. more vegetables and protien
4. jog everyday for 20mins till the 15th day
5. sit ups everymorning
so help me God....
